Personal history
Akira Yamamoto joined Eiko Audit Corporation (currently EY Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC), where he was engaged in accounting auditing. As a researcher at the Research Center of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA), he was engaged in the development of databases for certified public accountants and research on accounting issues. Joined Chuo Audit Corporation (currently PwC PricewaterhouseCoopers Aarata& Co., Ltd.), where he was engaged in investment advice in China. After working as a representative of a Japanese company in China for PwC, he worked as an international partner of Shinewing Accounting Firm for 15 years, auditing local Japanese companies.
Mitsuru Doi
Representative Partner of Chuwa Audit Corporation
Personal history
After joining a CPA firm, he joined Arthur Andersen Accounting Office and later became a representative partner of Seiyu Audit Corporation.
After leaving Arthur Andersen, he opened his own CPA firm. At Arthur Andersen, he mainly worked as a consultant, and was involved in planning large-scale civil engineering projects, establishing accounting systems for telecommunication companies and oil companies, and handling large-scale bankruptcies. After opening his own CPA firm, he mainly served as an external auditor.
Kazuhisa Goto
Representative Partner of Chuwa Audit Corporation
Personal history
Mr. Goto joined Chuo Shinko Audit Corporation’s International Department (now PwC Arata & Co., Ltd.), and later transferred to Arthr Andersenn. He worked in the financial group, providing support to global companies, and later transferred to the IPO group, where he was engaged in consulting on capital policies and the establishment of business management systems in preparation for IPOs. After leaving Arthur Andersen, he joined Seiyu Audit Corporation, where he worked for 20 years as a representative partner, auditing medium-sized and emerging companies preparing for IPOs, auditing under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, auditing under the Companies Act and performing statutory audits for other non-profit corporations such as school corporations.
Takao Suzuki
Member of Chuwa Audit Corporation
Personal history
After joining Fuso Audit Corporation, Mr. Suzuki worked for private firms and audit firms. During that time, Mr. Suzuki was stationed in the New York office of Eiko Audit Corporation from 1985 to 1988. After that, Mr. Suzuki continued to work for both private firms and audit corporations, and recently Mr. Suzuki has been engaged in audits of school corporations.
While working as an auditor, Mr. Suzuki experienced the uphill slope of the Japanese economy and also saw the sluggish Japanese economy after the burst of the bubble economy. Mr. Suzuki has also been able to understand the situation of Japanese companies that have advanced into the U.S. and what the U.S. expatriates are thinking and doing. He hope to be able to share this experience with you in the future. Mr. Suzuki was energized when see numbers.
Yuji Yamamoto

Personal history
Mr. Yamamoto joined Arthur Andersen Tokyo Office (currently KPMG AZSA & Co.), where he was engaged in accounting audits for 20 years, focusing on U.S. GAAP. During his tenure at Arthur Andersen, he was stationed in the Chicago office, where he provided support for businesses from a global perspective. After leaving the firm, he served as President and Representative Director of Kokusai Motor Company, Ltd. and as Outside Director and Outside Corporate Auditor of several other listed companies, and engaged in consulting from the management side.
